Matter Company is a Toronto-based natural skincare brand founded by Denise Williams, a certified Therapeutic Herbalist with a simple philosophy: the ingredients are the product. Since 1996, she’s been formulating small-batch skincare using whole plants, wild-crafted herbs, and zero shortcuts, building a devoted following one honest product at a time.

Denise came to us with a brand that was already working. Customers loved what was in the bottle; what she needed was a visual world that made that integrity legible from the outside. We partnered with Matter across photography, web, and email marketing—including packaging that would go on to win awards—to build and evolve a creative presence that could grow alongside her.
