Face it tiger, you just hit the jackpot.
We’re a nimble team of three who operate like an agency of twenty. We have over 25 years of combined industry experience across boutique design studios, advertising agencies, and tech startups.
We care about delivering honest solutions that speak to your goals, not ours.

Partner & Creative Director
Natasha has been working in design for over 15 years across boutique design studios, agencies and startups.
She has worked as a web instructor at Canada Learning Code and Niagara College; the latter is where she was responsible for creating the course curriculum. In addition to her role as a post-secondary educator, she has been invited to speak at York University, Niagara College, BrainStation and DevHub.
Natasha co-founded Foxhat for 5 years, a paper goods illustration company that was listed as a finalist in Etsy Canada's 2018 Design Awards and featured in over a dozen retailers across the GTA including pop-ups with Air Miles and the Drake General Store.
A Niagara native who is permanently divided between loving the city and the outdoors equally. Plans to hike from Mexico to Canada someday. Laughs at her own jokes before she finishes them. Looks for adventure only if death is a possibility. Thinks Tremors is the best movie ever made. Allergic to winter. Deeply afraid of Grizzlies. Picks fights with people in her sleep.

Partner & Creative Director
Sam attended OCAD University and Parsons école à Paris, graduating with a BDes in Graphic Design.
Over the course his career, he has worked on brands including Air Canada, Mazda, Tim Hortons, and Coca-Cola.
His design, illustration and direction have been awarded by organizations including Adobe, the ADCC and the One Show, and have been featured in publications such as Applied Arts and Communication Arts.
Sam can recite the spec sheet for any camera ever made. Tries to live his life a quarter mile at a time. Thinks it's funny to call things by the wrong name. Doesn't trust balloons. Loves bread and pastries.

Laura Baldesarra
Designer
Laura is a Toronto-born, recent graduate of OCAD University with a Bachelor's in Graphic Design.
As a student, she received awards from the RGD and ADCC for her short film, Terminus, and other undergraduate branding work.
Since beginning her studio career at Night Shift, her experience has extended to many branding and motion graphics projects for a variety of notable clients. In 2022, Laura was honoured in Los Angeles for a poster design promoting the final season of AMC's the Walking Dead.
Laura will scold you for leaving the cinema while a title sequence is still playing. Artisan chandler. Lives life like a perpetual cinematographer who will turn every trip into a feature film. Went cliff diving in the Mediterranean and can't wait to do it again.
